Tracability System

In the previous section are links for each chain actor to their inputs, outputs, calendar months and advertisements. Each chain actor can see his own data, but not somebody else's. Except for the agronom who can see sections of farmer's data. A supply chain actor and can see sections of all chain actors, but those exceptions only count for chain actors that are in the same chain.

If we look at different supply chains we have to make those links again, but then for each supply chain. Moreover, every chain is different. This is actually a workflow from input supplier to retailer. And that workflow should work for any kind of agroforestry product. At nursery and farm-level the workflow fits each kind of crop, but at post-harvesting the steps of processing varies. By the way, post harvesting is mostly done by the farmer, but in this system that activity is counted by collection point. In that case the in and output from farmer to CP can be local, but it still requires administration for the traceability system.

What makes rozendale.com unique is that there is a great method to make the supply chain system possible for any crop: There will be many steps from post-harvesting to the retailers or traders. In each step the SCM (supply chain manager) defines the process description, start/end quantity paramaters, valuta and quality parameters. For tracebility the SCM also defines if the previous and next step's quantity (lot) is bigger, equal, or smaller. If the next lot is smaller, there will be no link, but if equal the system is able to link record to other next step. Another complication was to the link the output of one actor to the input of the other actor because the information of supplier and buyer need to match in order to make the link, while out of privacy policies the buyer cannot enter data from its supplier. The way how the system manages is check if the data_time, supply chain, quanitity value, and price is equal between buyer and supplier. And the step from output to input is always about a lot that has equal quantity parameter and values, so there will be a link.

And there will be strict access by auditors and Supply Chain Managers only because of privacy and competition reasons.
