Welcome to the administration platform for businesses, your customers, and auditors. By registering as a business you can use the most standard platform for any type of business: Profile, Buyers, Suppliers, Products, Turnover, Expenses, and Invoices. 

Privacy and safety

All data will be stored in a database and every user of the platform has different access levels:

  • Every business has access to his own data only. Only currently the Administrator has access to all data (2018/02/09) and the auditor to all data from specific data from all users (2018/02/09).
  • Every customer has access to data that belongs to that customer. A customer can view and sometimes edit its profile, products, invoices, and payments.  

Excel imports and exports (ask the administrator)

It’s possible to import your existing administration to this platform in several steps:

  1. Export the different tables from this platform to your computer on Excel (in CSV-format).
  2. Keep the same amount of columns and keep it in the same order.
  3. Copy all the columns from your existing administration to the related columns of this CSV-files.
  4. Import the different tables from your computer to the platform.

Online administration

Via this website you can add data to your business for administration. The benefits compared to conventional ways are:

  • Date, Time, Location, and UserID are automatically updated to make it faster.
  • Data can be easily selected and filtered to make it faster.
  • Data can be analysed as you wish: For example you can view only data from a specific day, customer, supplier, product type, or whatever. Such analyses provide you information that are needed to set new business strategies and which are only possible if your data is stored in a database and not in excell or in your written agenda.
  • Template for invoices: For invoices you just need to define the invoice number and to select your customer and then you press on detail-view and all content of the invoice is already generated automatically.
